💕 2025 Hanbok Rental Reservation for Foreigners💕

      * Must read before applying for a reservation *  

1. Please fill in correctly. Arang Hanbok is not responsible if there is a problem with the reservation due to incorrect information.
2. Once we receive your reservation requests for Hanbok rental, we will reply to your email address sequentially. Please check your email box often and don’t miss out the reply back.
3. The reservation will be finalized only after the advance payment of the reservation deposit is completed. The reservation deposit will be charged to PayPal invoice for USD 10 per person.
   If you cancel a reservation for personal reasons other than a national disaster announcement, the reservation fee will not be refunded. Please be careful when applying for a reservation. 
4. The reservation deposit must be paid in advance with the PayPal invoice we are issue/send you.
   If the rented Hanbok is finally returned from you without any damage, the PayPal invoice will be refunded immediately on site.
5. Hanbok rent varies by line. The product composition and price information below are only for your reference.
6. In principle, hanbok rentals are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. The deposit for reservation is only for confirmation of your reservation.
   All expenses incurred in actual Hanbok rental must be paid on-site after visiting the store on the reservation date.
   
8. Hanbok rental time is 5 hours from your reservation time.
   If you are 10 minutes late for the reservation time, you will not receive free hair service, and if you are 20 minutes late, you will be treated as a no-show.
9. You can stay in the store for wearing and preparing Hanbok within an hour from your reservation time. 
10. After renting the hanbok and going out, you cannot re-enter the store before you finally return the hanbok. Please make sure to bring your belongings when you leave the store.
11. If the hanbok return time is not met, the penalty is calculated at KRW5,000 per every 10 minutes.
    If you want to rent a Hanbok for more than five hours, which is the rental time for the Hanbok, you will be charged an additional fee of KRW20,000 per hour only if you request it in advance. However, under no circumstances can it exceed the 6 p.m. deadline.
12. If serious damage is found when returning Hanbok, repair costs may be requested to some extent, so please handle Hanbok carefully.
13. Large or small hanboks may incur selection restrictions or additional costs.
14. The free hair service is only for simple styling that is possible with bare hands within 2-3 minutes. If you want professional styling, choose the "Add Hair Makeup" option and we will guide you to your partner after confirming your reservation.
15. If you want outdoor snaps, choose the "Add Outdoor Snapshots" option and we will send you the contact information of affiliated photographers after confirming your reservation.
16. If you would like to rent a traditional Korean shoe (KRW10,000 per person), please select "Add Shoes" in the additional option. 
17. You should proceed with the reservation application after you have already recognized all of the above items. We don't take responsibility for parts you don't recognize.
