📅 Reservation Period 

This reservation form is only for bookings in September and October 2026.

Reservations for November and December 2026 are not available yet and are expected to open around mid-October 2026.

Reservations for 2027 are also not available through this form.

✨ New Reservation System Starting September 2026

Starting September 2026, Arang Hanbok no longer offers hanbok-only rental reservations.

All reservations are available exclusively as a Full Hanbok Experience Package, which includes:

💄 Professional Full Hair & Makeup
📸 Professional Photoshoot

The package price varies depending on the hanbok design you select.

After the photoshoot, the hanbok must be returned to Arang Hanbok. If you would like to continue wearing the hanbok for sightseeing or other personal activities after the photoshoot, an additional rental fee of KRW 30,000 per person per hour will apply.

📅 Reservation Schedule

• Closed every Tuesday
• Available reservation times: 09:00 AM / 1 :00 AM / 11:00 AM  
• A maximum of 3 guests can be booked per time slot

Your reservation time is the starting time for your professional hair & makeup service.

The package will proceed in the following order:

Professional Hair & Makeup → Hanbok Dressing → Photoshoot

Please arrive on time, as each service is scheduled consecutively and delays may affect the rest of your appointment.

Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

📌 Must Read Before Applying

Please fill out the reservation form accurately.

After receiving your reservation request, we will check availability and contact you by email in the order requests are received.

Please check your inbox regularly, including your spam folder, so you do not miss our reply.

Submitting the reservation form does not automatically confirm your booking.

Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a final confirmation email from Arang Hanbok.

1. Reservation & Confirmation

• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We will check availability for your requested date and time before confirming your reservation.
• If your preferred time is unavailable, we may suggest another available time.
• Your reservation is confirmed once you receive our final confirmation email.

✨ What Is Included in the Package?

🩷 1. ARANG HANBOK — Full Hanbok Rental Set

The package includes an Arang Hanbok full rental set.

The rental includes:

• Hanbok
• Traditional accessories and ornaments
• Traditional Korean shoes
• Accessories required to complete the hanbok outfit

The package price varies depending on the hanbok design you select.

Some premium hanbok designs, gold-printed garments, special skirts, traditional hairpieces, or other special items may require an additional charge.

The hanbok rental included in the package is provided for the hair and makeup service and photoshoot. After the photoshoot, the hanbok must be returned to Arang Hanbok.

If you would like to continue wearing the hanbok for sightseeing or other personal activities after the photoshoot, an additional rental fee of KRW 30,000 per person per hour will apply.

💄 2. PROFESSIONAL FULL HAIR & MAKEUP

Professional full hair and makeup is included in the package.

Hair and makeup are provided by a professional makeup artist at our partner makeup salon.

This is not a simple makeup touch-up or quick complimentary hairstyling service commonly offered at hanbok rental shops.

A complete professional hair and makeup service will be provided before you wear your hanbok.

📸 3. PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOOT

A professional photoshoot is included in the package.

Per person:

• Approximately 30 minutes of photography
• All JPEG images for viewing and selection

For reservations with two or more guests, the total shooting time will be adjusted according to the number of participants.

After the photoshoot, the hanbok must be returned unless you choose to extend the rental for sightseeing or other personal activities.

💳 On-site Payment

No reservation deposit is required for international guests.

The package fee will be paid on-site on your reservation date.

Payment is available by:

• Credit card
• Cash 

Detailed payment information will be provided with your final reservation confirmation.

Additional charges may apply if you select premium hanbok designs, special traditional hairpieces, other optional upgrades, or extend the hanbok rental after the photoshoot.

🩷 Choosing Your Hanbok Before Your Visit

After your reservation is confirmed, please visit the Arang Hanbok Instagram account and send us a photo of the hanbok you would like to wear.

We prepare your selected hanbok in advance based on the size information provided in your reservation form.

Availability may vary depending on:

• Your size
• The selected hanbok design
• Other reservations scheduled on the same day

If your first-choice hanbok is unavailable, we may recommend another similar design.

📏 Size Information

Please provide your size information as accurately as possible when submitting your reservation.

Very small or very large sizes may have limited design options, and some hanbok designs are available only in certain sizes.

If incorrect size information is provided, we may not be able to prepare the selected hanbok in the proper fit.

⏰ Arrival & Time Policy

Please arrive on time for your reservation.

Your package includes several scheduled services:

Professional Hair & Makeup → Hanbok Dressing → Photoshoot

Because each service is scheduled consecutively, arriving late may affect the following parts of your reservation.

If you arrive significantly late, your hair & makeup service or photoshoot time may need to be shortened, and in some cases, part of the service may not be available.

Please allow enough travel time and arrive at the location provided in your final reservation confirmation.

🧵 Hanbok Care & Damage

Please take care when wearing the hanbok.

If significant damage, permanent staining, loss of accessories, or other serious damage is found when the hanbok is returned, an additional repair or replacement fee may be charged.
