💕 2026 Hanbok Rental Reservation for Foreign Guests 💕

🔔 This reservation is for daytime rentals. 🔔
(This booking page is for foreign guests who cannot use Korean domestic credit cards or bank transfers.)

✅ Important Notice (Starting March 2026 )

• This page is for reservations in March–December 2026 .

• For March–April, rentals are available only on Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Monday.

Arang Hanbok is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information.

1) Reply & Reservation Confirmation

• After we receive your request, we will reply to your email in order of submission (first-come, first-served).

• Please check your inbox frequently (including your spam folder) so you don’t miss our reply.

• Your reservation is confirmed only after the deposit payment is completed.

2) Reservation Deposit (PayPal)

• The deposit is USD 10 per person, paid via a PayPal invoice that we will issue and send to you.

• The deposit is for booking confirmation only, and it will be refunded immediately on-site via PayPal when you return the hanbok without any damage.

• From 10 days before your visit date, cancellations due to personal reasons (except unavoidable circumstances) are non-refundable.

3) On-site Payment

• The deposit is separate from the rental fee.

• The remaining rental fee and any add-on options must be paid on-site on your reservation date.

⏰ Rental Rules & Time Policy

• Rental time is 5 hours from your reservation time.

• If you are 10 minutes late, the free hair service will not be provided.

• If you are 20 minutes late, you may be treated as a no-show (reservation cancelled).

• You may stay in the store for up to 1 hour from your reservation time for fitting and preparation.

• Once you leave the store after renting the hanbok, re-entry is not allowed until you return it. Please take all your belongings with you.

⛔ Late Return Penalty

• If you return the hanbok late, a penalty of KRW 5,000 per every 10 minutes will be charged.

➕ Extending Rental Time

• If you would like to rent longer than 5 hours, an extra fee of KRW 20,000 per hour may apply only if requested in advance.

• Under no circumstances can the return time go past 6:00 PM (no exceptions).

🧵 Damage & Size Notice

• If serious damage is found upon return, repair costs (partial) may be charged.

• Very large or very small sizes may have limited availability or may require additional fees.

✅ Free Hair Service

• Free hair service is very simple styling done by hand in 2–3 minutes.

💄 Add Hair & Makeup

• If you want professional hair & makeup, please select “Add Hair Makeup.”

• We will provide partner salon details after your reservation is confirmed.

📸 Add Outdoor Snapshots

• If you want an outdoor photoshoot, please select “Add Outdoor Snapshots.”

• We will send you the contact information of our affiliated photographers after confirmation.

👟 Add Shoes (Traditional Korean Shoes)

• Traditional Korean shoes are KRW 10,000 per person.

• They may feel uncomfortable, but we recommend them if you plan an outdoor photoshoot.
