1. By submitting the reservation form, you are deemed to have agreed to all conditions..
2. 100% reservations are made in advance. The entry time is the scheduled time(on-time). 
3. You CANNOT choose Hanbok in advance. (First-come, first-served basis)
4. The amount paid at the time of reservation includes only the basic hanbok (women: 1 jeogori + 1 skirt / men: 1 pair of pants + 1 jeogori + 1 application), and an additional fee may be incurred if you choose a different design of hanbok at the site. 
5. Norigae, small handbags, and traditional shoes are provided free of charge.
6. Free hair service is also available, only simple braids or low braid. No hairdryers or straighteners are used.
7. Admission is only allowed at the store at the exact reservation time, and companionship is limited to one person. If the store is crowded, companions may be restricted from staying together.
8. You must enter at the scheduled time, and if you are 20 minutes late, you will not receive free hair service, and if you are more than 30 minutes, you will be treated as a no-show. 
9. You can't put on makeup except for applying simple lipstick in the store.
10. Children are NOT allowed to accompany. Please ask us in advance.
11. In the case of a customer with a child, there should be a companion to fully care for the child, and the child's parents should be responsible for everything even if a minor unpleasant incident occurs in the store. 
12. Customers who conduct additional outdoor photography and hair/makeup shops should contact/book directly to the contact information we provide after the reservation application is completed. We only provide the contact information of the partner and the cooperative photographer, and you must proceed with the entire process yourself. Selected option - hair/makeup and outdoor photoshoot procedures are not our responsibility. All the process should be under your hands only. 
13. The rental time is 5 hours, and a penalty of 2,000 won per 10 minutes is incurred for late return.
14. If damage that needs to be repaired is found after returning the hanbok, repair costs may be charged.
15. The store's break time is from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. In principle, it is not possible to return it during the break, and if the customer has to return it during the break, they should be notified in advance.
16. After sending the reservation application form, if the requested reservation did not proceed because the customer did not check the email box, the customer who did not check the email is responsible for that.
17. If the reservation is completed by your payment, the final confirmation email will be sent to you. 
18. Please double check your information correctly before you submit.

The basic rental time is 5 hours. If the basic rental time is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged. (2,000 KRW/10 min.)

Reservation time: 10:00 a.m. - Return at 4:00 p.m.

Reservation time: 11:00 a.m. - Return at 5:00 p.m.

Reservation time: 12:00 / 1:00 / 3:00 p.m. - Return at 6:00 p.m.
